These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gifted By Hand website, including browsing our website, purchasing our products, and using any services provided through the website.

1. ABOUT GIFTED BY HAND

Gifted By Hand is an Indian e-commerce brand offering handcrafted and gift products through its online store.

Our products may include handcrafted resin, crochet, floral, home décor, and other handmade products.

The products, collections, and services available on our website may change from time to time.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT TERMS

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are responsible for:

However, because many of our products are handcrafted:

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape, size, or finish may occur.
Handmade products may not be identical to product photographs.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Product availability may change without prior notice.

Such minor variations that are inherent to handmade products will not necessarily be considered defects.

4. PRICING

All product prices displayed on our website are stated in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to:

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where permitted by applicable law or where a clear pricing error has occurred.

5. PAYMENT

We accept payment methods made available through our website and payment service providers.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information when placing an order.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not generally store your complete debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking credentials on our own systems.

An order will generally be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except where Cash on Delivery or another payment method is specifically offered.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if we subsequently identify:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing
Payment problems
Incorrect customer information
Shipping limitations
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Technical errors

If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will inform you and, where applicable, refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

After the cancellation window has passed, cancellation may not be possible because our handmade products may already have entered the preparation or production process.

If cancellation is accepted, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship products to locations supported by our delivery partners.

Estimated delivery timelines shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on:

Delivery location
Product availability
Order volume
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Logistics or courier delays
Events beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact information.

If a package cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, replacements and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Because our products are handcrafted and delicate, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

However, if an order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Significantly different from its description

you may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible issues must generally be reported within 7 days of delivery.

10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Photographs of the packaging

We may request additional photographs or videos before approving a replacement or refund.

Where the issue is caused by our error or the product is damaged/defective, Gifted By Hand will handle the reasonable return or replacement shipping costs as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

11. PROHIBITED USES
